It is recommended every six months. It is essential for preventing cavities, avoiding gum inflammation (gingivitis), and maintaining fresh breath, ensuring your smile remains healthy and vibrant in the long term.

Recovery is immediate. You may experience slight sensitivity to hot or cold for the first few hours, but you can resume your normal activities and diet after leaving our clinic.
